Recipe Type - Breakfast

Prep Time - 10 minutes

Chill time: 8 hrs

Servings -  2 bowls


cup instant cooking oats or rolled oats

2 tea spoons of sugar or honey (optional)

1 cup milk of choice

1 table spoon nut butter of choice (optional)

For Mango:

1 table spoon of vanilla extract

½ cup chopped mango to top (optional)

For Mixed Berry:

1 table spoon of crushed berries 

½ cup berries of your choice to top (optional)


 Add all the ingredients into a sealable bowl or jar and stir until fully combined.

 Refrigerate overnight (at least for 6 hours)

 Enjoy in the morning after adding choice of fruits and toppings!
