Refunds & Cancellation Policy?

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please send an email to info@greenlightfoods.com and we will give you a refund on unopened packages. Any claim for a refund or replacement of your choice must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card.

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at info@greenlightfoods.com with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.

 

Returns policy

Wingreens Harvest follows a no questions asked returns policy for all full-price products bought from our online store www.wingreensharvest.com. You can return unused products you have ordered within 7 business days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer. What locations do you deliver to?

We primarily ship through our channel partners. Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partners.

In case your delivery address is not covered by our partners, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.

How can I track delivery of my order?

We email you the tracking reference number of your shipment. You can request for an update by emailing us at info@greenlightfoods.com or with your reference number, you can track it directly on courier partner websites.
