My family members have become a big fan of Monsoon Harvest, and why not who wants to cook early morning, these are the easiest and the healthiest breakfast solution. One more thing this has a real  chunks, whenever I serve this one to the little members of the family they become super excited and in fact ask for more,  all the Win win ingredients. Now lets talk about the actual reason why I opted these Monsoon Harvest,because of the interesting ingredients that are rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, high in fiber, and low in carbs. The ingredients will lower down the cholesterol and aid in digestion which means this is going to make your tummy happy and healthy. Some more good points are they don’t contain yacky artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Also Rich in antioxidants and is a natural source of vitamins and minerals.
