Recipe Type - Breakfast or Lunch

Savoury oatmeal with veggies, egg and pickle for a wholesome meal.

1 cup Wingreens Harvest rolled oats
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
pepper and salt as per taste

Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and saute for a min.

Add the oats and toast them till it changes colour to light brown. Add water and season with salt and pepper. The amount of water you add will depend on the consistency you prefer for the oats.

Cook till done and top with veggies of your choice.

Recommended sautéed veggies -  garlic butter mushrooms, spinach stir fry, fried egg and pickled cucumber and carrot to balance the flavour.
