Prep Time - 10 minutes

Chill time: 8 hrs

Servings -  2 bowls



cup quick cooking oats or rolled oats

2 tea spoons of sugar or honey (optional)

1 cup milk of choice

1 table spoon nut butter of choice (optional)

½ table spoon cinnamon powder

½ cup chopped apple to top (optional)



Add all the ingredients into a sealable bowl or jar and stir until fully combined.

Refrigerate overnight (at least for 6 hours)

Add the chopped fruit in the morning and relish!
